Fried Bread is a British food recipe that can be done with the oil left over from bacon.
- ⅓ cup milk
- 4 slices bread
- oil for cooking
- Brush a little milk on both sides of each piece of bread.
- In a medium-sized frying pan, heat enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan. Fry the bread quickly on both sides until crisp.
